I counsel individuals & couples and can provide long term or brief therapy according to your preference. I work in private practice and have counselling experience in mental health, drug and alcohol misuse and cancer care agencies.  My experience of counselling children and young people is in primary school and a youth organisation.  I work at two locations: Harrow, Middlesex and Holborn in Central London.

Issues I work with include relationships, abuse, depression, addictions, eating disorders, self harm, bereavement & cultural issues.  I work with adults and children who have Neuro-Diverse conditions including
Dyslexia, Dyspraxia and Asperger's Syndrome. 

Professional Supervision
I provide supervision for trainee and qualified counsellors and have experience of working with individuals and groups. I am an approved supervisor for students at Harrow College who are studying for a Foundation Degree (FdA) in counselling.

Students
My services include counselling and supervision for students. Through experience I am aware of personal and professional issues which can arise during training. I know that personal self development can be an emotional journey. I offer counselling students a reduced rate.

BACP Accreditation, Diploma in Counselling, Certificate in Supervision, Certificate in Couple Counselling, Group Process and Facilitation, Certificate in Focusing Skills.
