I hope to help you feel at ease so that you are comfortable enough to talk about whatever is troubling you. People find this is much easier when speaking to someone who is genuine, open and warm. I am concerned with understanding about how things are from your point of view and hope that you will find me respectful, supportive and caring.

Supervision and counselling are in Harrow, near to Harrow Shopping Centre, Harrow Weald and Kenton. Covering Edgware, Stanmore, Bushey and Pinner

I work with people from many cultural, religious and non-religious backgrounds. I have some knowledge and understandings of religious and spiritual beliefs and of different ways of life. Sometimes tensions arise and we can address these in therapy.

I counsel individuals & couples and can provide long term or brief therapy according to your preference. I work in private practice and have counselling experience in mental health, drug and alcohol misuse and cancer care agencies.  My experience of counselling children and young people is in primary school and a youth organisation.  I work at Harrow, Middlesex, close to Stanmore, Kenton, Bushey and Edgware.

Issues I work with include relationships, abuse, depression, addictions, eating disorders, self harm, bereavement & cultural issues.  I work with adults and children who have Neuro-Diverse conditions including Dyslexia, Dyspraxia and Asperger's Syndrome. 

Professional Supervision

I am a BACP Accredited Supervisor of Individuals and Groups and provide supervision for trainee and qualified counsellors. I am an approved supervisor for students at Metanoia and for students at Harrow College who are studying for a Foundation Degree (FdA) in counselling. Students

My services include counselling and supervision for students. Through experience I am aware of personal and professional issues which can arise during training. I know that personal self development can be an emotional journey. I offer counselling students a reduced rate.

BACP Senior Accredited Counsellor, BACP Accredited Supervisor of Individuals and Groups, Diploma in Counselling, Advanced Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Practice for Person-Centred Therapists, Certificate in Supervision, Certificate in Couple Counselling, Group Process and Facilitation, Certificate in Focusing Skills, Certificate Counselling people with Eating Distress.

Additional Qualications

Diploma in Hypnotherapy, Registered with the GHR.
