Accessible Counselling

Accessible Counselling is a professional & confidential service offered by Paula Newman and Lester Chern welcoming adults, teens and children. We have a flexible appointment system with daytime, evening and weekend availability. Counselling & professional supervision is at three locations: Mill Hill in NW London, Harrow, Middlesex, HA7 and Covent Garden, WC2 in Central London. 

Person-Centred Counselling approach  

The approach we follow is called Person Centred. It involves creating a caring and confidential relationship where you are understood, respected and valued. As counsellors we have understandings & experience of psychological development and the process of change, but you know yourself best. You know what hurts, which issues you wish to address, and changes you would like to make. Therefore, we favour a non-directive approach where your meanings and aspirations are central.

Our intention is not to tell you what to do, but to help you find your own way and to draw upon your own resources.
